Jililudo Terms & Conditions — Complete Account Usage Policy

1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the jililudo platform and its users. jililudo is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international licence. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• Each person may create only one account — multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• After registration, jililudo may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Withdrawals will be held until the required documents are submitted.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

You must be logged in to make a deposit at jililudo. Available deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa/Mastercard, net banking, and cryptocurrency. Limits vary by method.

Betting can begin once a deposit has been credited to your account. jililudo does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are the user's responsibility.

4Withdrawal Policy

To make a withdrawal at jililudo, your account must have a sufficient balance. If any active bonus conditions remain unfulfilled, your withdrawal may be held. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will go back to bKash.

General bonus rules that apply across all offers:

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering amount must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn. This is typically between 5x and 15x the bonus amount.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set validity period, typically 7–30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Eligible Bets: Not all bets count toward the wagering requirement. A minimum odds threshold may apply.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

6Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on jililudo, it cannot be cancelled. Always double-check the odds, stake amount, and selection before placing your bet.

• Pre-match bets are accepted up until kick-off. Live bets can be placed at any point during the match.
• If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, jililudo reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules for that sport.
• If your connection drops during a live bet, your last confirmed bet will remain valid.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililudo. If any of these are detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets using cheating methods, bots, or automated software.
• Opening multiple accounts under different identities to abuse bonus offers.
• Using insider information to gain a betting advantage (match fixing or insider trading).
• Attempting to exploit platform bugs or technical errors for abnormal gains.
• Depositing and withdrawing for the purpose of money laundering.
• Allowing minors to access or use your account.

8Account Closure & Suspension

You can request to close your account yourself at any time. This is part of our responsible gaming features. Contact support and they will complete the process for you. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Jililudo may suspend or close an account if:

• Evidence of prohibited activity has been found.
• False information is detected during KYC verification.
• If there is no activity on your account for an extended period (more than 12 months) — your balance will be preserved and returned to you upon logging back in.
• Regulatory authorities may issue directives due to legal obligations.

9Responsible Gaming Commitment
